Hey guys,
So there's so many different triggers of ASMR, and I want to know what yours are. When did you first experience ASMR? and when did you find out what it was? Maybe when you were a kid and someone told you bedtime stories or a scene in a film. For instance I used to get it when watching Hocus Pocus and the witch used to tap on the glass table. So leave a comment and share :)

Do you have ASMR?
Hey guys,
So a few months back I was lying in bed with a huge headache and thinking how wonderful it would be to get a massage to help with the pain. So I randomly decided to see if there was any head massages on YouTube that I could try. That is when I came across hundreds and hundreds of videos all claiming to trigger something called ASMR. I found these videos very relaxing and what I found strange was I got a tingly, numb feeling on my head and neck. I remembered getting this feeling when I was younger, getting my back tickled as I fell asleep. So I thought, ok so is this ASMR and the answer was yes! That was it, I was hooked every night before I go to sleep or if I'm stresses and in need of some relaxation I go to these videos.
So how do you know if you have ASMR. Have you ever heard or seen anything that has have you a feeling of relaxed pleasure. One of the most famous triggers is whispering, listening to someone just whisper in a very gentle way can be extremely relaxing. So if you think you might have experienced this feeling or even if you haven't but would like to see if these videos will relax you go to YouTube and browse through all the different ASMR videos and see what triggers, sounds or sights make you feel relaxed. As well as starting this blog I am also creating an ASMR focused YouTube channel under my name. Chelice Honeyman. There are no videos as of yet but I'm hoping to have one uploaded tomorow.
Have you ever had an experience with ASMR. Why not leave a comment and your trigger and we can see what the most popular triggers are.
